The story
From the Marines
to the screen.
It started with curiosity. While serving in the United States Marine Corps, Edwin Vargas found himself drawn to the web — building things, understanding how design communicates, and what makes people stop and pay attention.
After finishing his service, Edwin kept those skills sharp through years of real-world projects, building sites for nonprofits, small businesses, and eventually larger clients who needed something more than a template.
Deep Layer Studio was founded with one principle: every layer of a website — the type, the motion, the code underneath — should earn its place. No filler. No shortcuts. Just work that holds up.
