Before you reach out.
Do you use WordPress or page builders?
No. Every site is hand-coded in plain HTML, CSS, and PHP — no page builders, no bloated plugins. This means faster load times, better security, and a site you actually own.
How long does a project take?
Most websites take 3–6 weeks from start to launch depending on the package and how quickly content and feedback come in. We'll agree on a timeline before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo (if you have one), any content you want on the site, and a clear idea of your goals. We'll handle the rest — design, code, and launch.
Do you work with clients outside Knoxville?
Yes — most of our work is done remotely. We communicate via email, video calls, and project updates. Location is never a barrier.
What happens after the site launches?
Every package includes 2 weeks of post-launch support. After that, you can subscribe to a Design Partnership for ongoing updates, or handle changes yourself — the code is clean and well-documented.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a basic website build and add the Design Partnership once they see the results. We're flexible.
